Understanding the Human Side of Healing

Many patients come to us after experiencing a major injury, illness, loss, or unexpected life change. Difficult emotions are often a normal response to difficult circumstances.

Dr. Albrecht helps patients understand and navigate these experiences, offering practical tools, validation, and support during challenging periods of life. His approach focuses on helping patients find acceptance, build resilience, and regain a sense of balance.

This becomes a completely different visual rhythm from the card section above.

Behavioral Health as Part of Whole-Person Care

Unlike many standalone psychology practices, Carolina Clinic integrates behavioral health services within a broader medical setting.

This collaborative approach allows us to better support patients whose emotional well-being is connected to physical health concerns such as chronic pain, hormonal changes, obesity, illness, injury recovery, and neurological conditions.

Workplace Injuries

Many people are unaware that behavioral health services related to a workplace injury may be covered through Workers' Compensation. Emotional challenges such as anxiety, depression, chronic pain, sleep disturbances, and difficulty adjusting to physical limitations can significantly affect recovery.
