I really like Nell as a practitioner her approach was good fit for me. But then on my second visit I showed up in and an e of my appt and checked in. Once they brought me back to the waiting room I sat there for 30 minutes. At which time I asked the nurse how much longer? She let me know it should just be a few more minutes she was wrapping up with another patient. When I hit the 1 hour mark I went back to the lobby and asked for a refund. Being an hour late to any appt is just plain disrespectful.

She was very thorough and not only did she tell me I had a heart murmur she let me listen to it so that I would understand the difference. This was my first visit and I’ve found my new physician.
