Great first impression! She was down to earth, friendly, relatable and focused in on my problems and concerns. I was in search of a PCP and I have found the perfect physician in her!

I was pleased with the service I received. I did not have to wait long to be seen by Dr. Knuckles. However, I would have like to have been greeted with a smile from the person that took my vital signs. I got the impression she was unhappy about having to perform her job duties. It was awkward for me.

Dr. Knuckle is always concerned about any issues that you have. She talked me through my whole procedure not even knowing that she was finished so I didn’t feel any pain now that’s a great doctor.

I really like Dr. McGraw and the staff there. My wait was a bit long (I was called back at 12:30 and I wasn’t seen until 1:20 ish) but I always feel welcomed and comfortable at this office. Tracy, who I communicated with to book the appt, was super helpful and accommodating! She really walked me through and helped me out a lot with the transition of my name and insurance. Thank you all:)
