The wait time to see the doctor is too long. This is the second time I waited 15 minutes in the reception area. I was escorted to the back stats were taken an waited close to an hour for thr doctor to enter the room. The first time this happened I called the front desk to see if they had forgotten I was there. Today again I waited 58 minutes for the doctor to enter. This is a complete disregard for my time. If I was this late I would be denied services. If this happens again I will be looking for another medical practice.

Fantastic experience every visit. They really care and look out for you. Making sure your medicine is at your pharmacy and on time. Suuuch a breath of fresh air compared to my precious doctor somewhere else. I really appreciate the care and support I get from this establishment

Dr. Knuckles is an excellent provider. I have been a patient of hers for many years. I love the fact she never rushes her patients out of the clinic, but she is very attentive and really listens at her patients concerns.
