I really like Dr. Knuckles and continue with the practice because of her. I was not happy with the fact that it was an hour and a half past my appointment time before I saw the doctor.

The facility was lovely, staff friendly and professional and Dr. Knuckles was great. The only issue i had was the wait time. This needs to be improved. I was processed in a timely manner, however, it took another 2.5 hours to actually be seen. If this aspect of the practice could be improved, i would give 5 stars.

I have been going to Dr. Knuckles for a long time. The wait time wasn't bad this time. I like the fact that she does take her time and listens to your concern.
