I sent my records to Dr Knuckles office about three weeks before my appointment. They were never received which made fulfilling the purpose of my appointment difficult. When my husband was there previously for his appointment he tried to drop off my records but the person he handed them to didn't take them. Dr. Knuckles and I both tried different ways to contact my previous provider in Ohio with no results. Another part of the appointment was an in office video call. It felt strange to do an in office video chat when we were at the same location. Finally, since I didn't receive the expected hormone pelleting I asked for my check back and then paid the copay for a regular office visit. This was after spending three hours waiting around. Since my husband had an early afternoon doctor appointment an hour away we left the appointment with Dr Knuckles in a hurry.
